Senior Pastors
Pastors Israel and Rachel Campbell have served in ministry for more than 28 years and are the Senior Pastors of Flourishing Church. With a deep love for God, His house, and people, their heart is to build a healthy, vibrant church where every generation can encounter Jesus, find belonging, grow in faith, and flourish in all God has called them to be.
Flourishing Church Elders
Lucy and Goody Goodloe have been part of Flourishing Church since its earliest days and faithfully serve as elders. Lucy helps lead and disciple women, while Goody regularly teaches and preaches. Together, they provide wisdom, encouragement, and pastoral care, always willing to step in wherever needed and help build God’s house with humility, faithfulness, and love.
YA Pastors & Flourishing Church Elders
Sunny and Corbin Jones have been part of Flourishing Church since before its launch, faithfully helping build and shape the church from the very beginning. As pastors and elders, they lead with wisdom, humility, and a genuine heart for people. Their willingness to serve wherever needed reflects their deep love for God’s house and the Flourishing Church family.
Cailin leads Flourishing Kids with creativity, joy, and a genuine love for the next generation. She has a gift for bringing God’s Word to life in ways children can understand, remember, and put into practice, creating a fun and welcoming space where every child can know Jesus and grow in their faith.
Jacob serves as our Worship Director, coordinating our praise and worship team, vocalists, and musicians with excellence and care. Each week, he helps create an atmosphere where our church can turn its attention toward Jesus and be led into God’s presence through authentic, heartfelt worship.
Tania serves as our Administration Coordinator, overseeing volunteer scheduling and many of the day-to-day details that keep Flourishing Church moving forward. With a gift for organization and a heart to serve, she helps keep every team connected, prepared, and running smoothly so ministry can happen with excellence.
Phoebe serves as our Youth Pastor, leading Wild Youth for middle and high school students. She is passionate about creating a space where every student feels known, finds belonging, and develops a genuine personal relationship with God. Through biblical teaching, discipleship, and community, she helps equip the next generation to grow in faith and confidently live it out.
